We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) through the Gamer Uncle app.
The app offers an optional voice-chat feature that uses your device's microphone. Your voice audio is processed in real time to generate a text response and is not stored, retained, or used for training in the cloud. Audio data is discarded immediately after processing.
Game scores, player names, and other game-session data entered into the app are stored only on your device (local storage). This data is never uploaded to or stored in the cloud.
We use the BoardGameGeek website as an external data provider to display game-related information. No personal data is shared with or retrieved from this service.
We may use basic, anonymous telemetry and logging to improve app functionality. This data is not linked to any personal identifiers and is used strictly for diagnostic and performance purposes.
All data processed by our backend services is hosted in secure data centers located in West US (United States).
The Gamer Uncle app is intended for general audiences. It does not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
